Because each piece is custom-made from your photos, our process is a little different from traditional retail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about timing, shipping, and returns.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your keeps to be carefully created before shipping. During high-volume times (holidays / wedding season), processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once your order has shipped
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $75
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been sent.
Returns & Refunds
Because every order is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
That said, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with your keeps, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.
Photo Quality
We print exactly what you upload.
For best results:
- Use clear, high-resolution images
- Avoid screenshots or heavily zoomed photos
We are not responsible for low-quality prints due to poor image resolution, but if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering - we’re happy to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While delays can occasionally happen, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider first for updates.
